Patient’s have the right to access the services provide according to their clinical needs.
Patients have the right to expect a good standard of care to be provided by Doctor and/or Practice Nurse.
All staff and patients have the right to be treated with mutual respect and politeness. Practice staff are happy to help you and you are expected to be helpful and reasonable in return.
Patients have the responsibility to attend appointments punctually and to cancel any appointments they are unable to attend well in advance, so we can offer it to someone else.
Patients have a responsibility to make sure that they inform the Practice of any change of address and/or telephone details as soon as possible so we can update their records.
The Practice has a zero tolerance Policy for verbal or physical abuse/threat/violence toward our staff. The police will be called and the patient removed from the list
