Due to High Number of Registrations we are only registering patients who live within our catchment area and have just move into the area and/or have not registered with another GP within that area.
The Practice Registration Catchment Area Covers E10 E11, and some parts of E15 (if you pay Council Tax to Waltham Forest)
Catchment area
We are happy to accept new patients who are ordinarily resident in the UK and living within our practice boundary.
See if you live within our practice boundary by using the interactive map and postcode checker.
Register Online
If you live within our practice area you are welcome to register with us and you can do this with our online registration form.
All new patients are offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.
As part of your Registration, an appointment will be made to have a HEALTH CHECK done by our Practice Nurse/Healthcare Assistant. It is important that you attend at the time and date given, you may not be able to see a Doctor until your registration is completed.
The National Care Record Service (NCRS)
The National Care Record Service (NCRS) is the way in which health professionals now access the Summary Care Record (SCR). The SCR has not changed, it is just the way SCRs are accessed that has changed.
For more information about NCRS please see: National Care Records Service
Information for patients who wish to opt out of having a summary care record, including an opt out form is available here: Opting out
